Origins
While previous activity has long been suspected, The Manager made his presence known to the world in Rotterdam (The Netherlands) in late 2011.
Powers
The Manager has the power to Manage individuals. By making individuals feel rewarded and needed he manipulates his unwitting subjects into dastardly actions. His power, however powerful, comes at the cost of a possibly slow implementation process. When the situation calls for disciplinary actions, however, The Manager can be swift and terrible, leaving downsized and demotivated husks of humans in his wake.
Example: "I'm going to pull a cost-benefit analysis, recruit some help, motivate them into performing well and in two to four weeks that hobo will never know what hit him!"
Modus Operandi
Due to the nature of his powers, The Manager is usually found in the rear echelon's of the battlefield, he is what is known as a REMF. His is a supporting role, manipulating others to dance to his pipe. While extrovert and well known to his own people his enemies rarely sees him coming or suspect that the latest hurricane of crime is due to his nefarious plotting.
