Kinds of tea

Black tea is fully oxidized; oolong is semi-oxidized. Green tea has been steamed or otherwise heated to prevent oxidation.

Black

• Earl Grey is flavoured with bergamot oil.
• Golden Yunnan is a delicious Chinese tea. Even the cheaper qualities are nice.
• Keemun ranges from ultra-delicious (the ultra-expensive kind) to somewhat unpleasant (the ultra-cheap kind).
• Guteblandning is a flavoured blend from Gotland.

Oolong

• Tie guan yin: delicious, light tea for any occasion.
• Qi lan: reminiscent of chocolate.

Green

• Long jing is a famous Chinese tea. Quite expensive if you want good quality.

White

• Bustos once bought some sort of white tea of unknown type which was very delicious indeed.
